The following rules apply:

1. Dates and room categories are fixed and non-negotiable. 
2. Advance bookings and extensions are only possible on request and at our regular rates and usually involve a room change.
3. Bookings include bed and breakfast. Our regular rates apply to all other services (visitor's tax, other meals, massages, etc.).
4. Double rooms, junior suites and suites can also be booked for single use.
5. Bookings are non refundable and must be paid for directly.
