A special highlight of Waldhotel Davos is the elegant wine cellar with tasting room. Listen to exciting wine stories and choose your personal favorite from our collection. When selecting our wines, we emphasize sustainability, which is why you will also find numerous wines in organic quality or from natural and biodynamic cultivation without herbicides or pesticides on our menu. Our selection includes wines from Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and of course France, featuring well-known as well as small and unknown winemakers – our discoveries – and was developed together with the gastronomy expert Urs Messerli from mille vins.
In addition to wines, we also offer particularly noble and sustainably produced natural juices as non-alcoholic beverage options.
