- We regularly survey our guests' satisfaction and proactively encourage them to tell us, what they want.
- We favour suppliers with a certified environmental management system.
- We conduct a documented appraisal interview with our employees at least once a year.
- Every employee is equally important - so at the end of the season, everyone receives an equal share of our tips, which we collect in a joint fund.
- We work together constructively: employees can make suggestions for improvement at any time.
