Our efforts in the field of communication and management:

  • An annual report with the most important key figures is available. 
  • Complaints from guests are systematically documented and processed.
  • We regularly survey our guests' satisfaction and proactively encourage them to tell us, what they want.
  • We favour suppliers with a certified environmental management system.
  • We conduct a documented appraisal interview with our employees at least once a year.
  • Every employee is equally important - so at the end of the season, everyone receives an equal share of our tips, which we collect in a joint fund.
  • We work together constructively: employees can make suggestions for improvement at any time.
