In principle, our courses are open to both hotel guests and outside parties.
Registrations for the courses are binding. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before courses start. In principle, all courses are held with two or more participants. The maximum number of participants is usually 10 people.
Our yoga and meditation courses can also be booked as private lessons on request (date and time by arrangement). The price is CHF 110 for the first person. For each additional participant, there is an additional fee of CHF 20.

News/Updates: Unfortunately, the Monday yoga class in July has been cancelled due to the instructor’s absence for medical reasons. Debora will be happy to be back from 8 August. As an alternative, we are offering a Yogilates class every Thursday – on 9, 16, 23 and 30 July, and on 6 August – at 8.30 am with our Wellness & SPA team member Zita.
Yogilates is a holistic fitness programme that combines the mental and flexibility-enhancing elements of yoga with the body-strengthening, stabilising exercises of Pilates. It aims to build muscle, improve core stability and, at the same time, reduce stress through conscious breathing.
Thanks to the variety of exercises on offer, Yogilates is suitable for all fitness levels – from beginners to advanced practitioners. The class lasts approximately 50–55 minutes. Reservation required.
