Our efforts in the social sector:
Social Commitment
- We train apprentices and interns.
- We encourage our employees to regularly attend further training. These are financed by the company.
- Employees have the opportunity through the company to engage in sports and/or relaxation (hotel's own fitness center, indoor pool, participation in the Waldhotel course program).
- Employee salaries are gender-independent.
- We run our business very personally. Our guests should and may get to know us. Thus, each employee is briefly introduced on our website with a photo and preferences.
In addition, there is a dedicated display case at Waldhotel with all team photos and the names of our team members. - Our suppliers are also selected based on social criteria.
- We also source products with a Fair Trade label.
